2. The Community Voice/La Voz agrees to provide the Advertiser the specified space and length of time.
3. Advertiser agrees to provide advertising copy for space reserved for publication according to the deadlines established by The Community Voice/La Voz.   It is further agreed upon that illustrations provided will only be returned to the Advertiser upon request made at the time of submission of said illustrations.

7. The contract runs consecutively and Advertiser is responsible for getting AD copy to The Community Voice/La Voz within the deadline; failure to do so does not stop The Community Voice/La Voz’s obligation to perform under the contract.
8. Time for Payment: Invoicing is monthly; payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. Unpaid balances are subject to 3% service charge per month until paid. Contracts earning frequency discounts (three or more insertions) must be completed within one year of the first insertion. 9. Deadlines: Publication is the 1st of the month. AD copy must be sent to The Community Voice/La Voz by the 15th of the preceding month of publication if Advertiser wants a proof of AD copy sent. Failure to send AD copy by this date waives. Advertiser’s right for any loss or damages due to typographical errors, wrong insertions, omissions in whole or in part.   Regardless, all AD copy must be sent to The Community Voice/La Voz by the 25th of the preceding month of publication to make the 1st of the month print date.
10. Both parties agree that this contract is voided if act of God, war, or economic collapse renders production of the paper onerous or impossible.
11. The Community Voice/La Voz reserves the right, in its absolute discretion and at any time for any reason, to reject any AD copy that is submitted for publication.
12. Advertiser shall indemnify and hold The Community Voice/La Voz harmless from any loss or expense including reasonable attorney fees, resulting from claims or suits based on contents of the AD copy submitted to The Community Voice/La Voz and publisher.
